In the corner of the Universe

In the corner of the Universe

Once upon a time there was a man who lived in a corner of his Universe and from there watched what was barely happening around him and stubbornly refused to come out of his corner to explore the other parts of himself.

This was not cool at all, because in this way the person missed the great opportunity to see himself from another corner of his universe, and thus his whole life in general.

The man did not know, rather he pretended not to know, because he regularly attended a number of seminars on personal development and other useful practices, that if a man stayed too long in one, single corner of himself, his very Universe would grab him by the neck and "forcefully" pull him in some unknown direction.

The man would then, of course, shake his fist in an act of indignation at the sudden and unexpected change on the part of his Universe, not knowing that this was actually her defense mechanism against his own unscrupulous behavior and her way of telling him that the change is the only constant thing in this world.

Fortunately, the man decided to pull himself together and get out of his corner, disappeared and we don't see him in the picture, gathered himself in a bag and went in an unknown direction of his own self, because, as we well know, the whole universe, no matter how unfamiliar it may seem to us, it is nothing but a reflection of ourselves.

And the most paradoxical thing about the whole story is that wherever a man goes, he never meets anything but himself, even in the eyes of the other, but we don't know that to make our adventure interesting.

End.
